Numerous providers offer Internet VoIP solutions that provide free* telephone calls to users of the same network when combined with broadband internet access (e.g. ADSL). A tiptel 105 VoIP provides the ideal means for combining an existing PBX with the Internet in order to offer this advantage to as many participants as possible at a minimum cost. The one-off purchase costs are paid very quickly, especially for regular long distance and international calls, and the savings then start.

The tiptel 105 VoIP combines an analog PBX extension with Internet access (e.g. a DSL router). If an internal subscriber dials the tiptel 105 VoIP extension, he is connected to the preset IP provider over the Internet and hears a dialing tone. Then the recipient's internal call number can be dialed and the call is made free* via VoIP. The tiptel 105 VoIP transfers calls received over the Internet to the PBX. Depending on the setting ? as with fixed network calls ? it can be assigned to individual employees or call groups.

The tiptel 105 VoIP does not affect the operation or security of your PBX. If there is no Internet access the fixed network calls are not affected. No additional devices such as an analog telephone adapter (ATA) are required for the VoIP function. The tiptel 105 VoIP is ready for use quickly thanks to the clear configuration software that you use to make the settings within a few steps.
