The PLANET POE-1200 is a 12-port IEEE802.3af Power over Ethernet injector hub complied with IEEE802.3, IEEE802.3u and IEEE802.3af standards. Equipped with 12 10/100BASE-TX Fast Ethernet ports, the products support full 48VDC power for any remote IEEE802.3af powered device (PD) like Wireless LAN Access Point, IP phone, and LAN Camera. Supporting power supply of 130 watts, POE-1200 provides sufficient power to the 12 remote devices.

There are 24 RJ-45 STP ports on the front panel of hub. Half of the ports on lower stack function as "Data" and the other half on upper stack function as "Data and Power output". Each of the "Data and Power output" port on upper stack operates as an injector which inserts DC Voltage into the CAT 5 cable allowing the cable between the Injector and Splitter to transfer data and power simultaneously.

To manage your powered devices, POE-1200 provide both Web and Console management interfaces in which administrators can use the functions including port Enable/Disable, port priority, system configuration, and Username/Password changing and with smart features for powered device. The Hub can auto detect the power status on each port and show massages on both Web and Console management interface. These features also provide a cost-effective way to manage the devices from Internet whenever you are at work or at home.

For the places hard to find the power inlet, POE-1200 provide the easiest way to power your Ethernet devices such as PLANET Internet Camera on the ceiling (ICA-102) and Wireless Access Point (WAP-4060PE) installed on the top of the building.

To control the power system of your networking devices, POE-1200 can directly co-work with PLANET VIP-150PT and POE IP Phone to build VoIP telephony network in the office. Besides, the POE-1200 can be directly deployed to connect the third party 802.3af devices like Cisco AP and POE switches installed 100 meters away.
